YouTube Link

The YouTube Link element allows you to embed a YouTube video on to your webpage in the form of a YouTube image.

Inserting a YouTube Link:

The YouTube Link is located under the CliqDesign Features and Elements Bar on the right-hand side of the design canvas in the Elements section. Drag and drop or simply click to insert a YouTube image into the design canvas.

Click on the image to open up its Element Properties on the right-hand side of the design canvas.

To link the YouTube image to an actual YouTube video, copy the URL into the "youtube" text box. However, DO NOT include the domain www.youtube.com/. Only include what follows. For example, www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqcjOEEICm0 links to a CliqLaunch Demonstration. I would only include "watch?v=TqcjOEEICm0" in the text box if I were to include it in my webpage.

After selecting the appropriate YouTube video to link to, you can edit the "Width" and "Height" of the YouTube icon in the appropriate text boxes.

You can also alter the rounded corners, shadow, and any border width in the Advanced section of the Element Properties.
