User Analytics

“User Analytics” allow you to see how much traffic your sites are getting, from what kind of devices your site is being hit, at what point in time users are accessing your site, and from what medium that are accessing your site (URL, tiny URL, QR code etc).  User analytics are important because it allows you to measure the results of your work, see what is working best, and formulate strategies that make your mobile marketing more effective.

“User Analytics” can be accessed from three places:

The center of the “Dashboard” menu:

In the drop down menu under the “Design Center” tab:

Below the “Element Properties” window within the “CliqDesign” center and looks like this:

The “User Analytics” dashboard will look like this:

Clicking on the “Advanced” button will prompt a window that looks like this and will give you the option to further dissect analytics by allowing you to see what type of device is accessing your site as well as the operating system and web browser being used.

All analytics can be broken down in terms of “All”, “Regular”, “Campaign”, and “External” sites.  Selecting the “All” option will give you aggregated analytics for all activity on all sites created.

Selecting the “Regular” option will give you aggregated analytics for all activity on “Regular” sites (sites that don’t have a definitive start and stop date attached)

Selecting the “Campaign” option will give you aggregated analytics for all activity on “Campaign” sites (sites that have a definitive start and stop date attached)

Selecting the “External” option will give you aggregated analytics for all activity on “External” sites (sites that users have accessed through QR codes leading to sites that were created outside of CliqLaunch)
