Publish Approval
The Publish Approval page is the second option under the Site Manager on the left-hand side of the top toolbar. Click on it to go to the "Publish Approval" page. The Publish Approval page is used for accepting any requests from users to officially publish a site.
Using the Publish Approval page:
Here, you will see all the sites that users have been published and are awaiting administrator approval. Note that if the user has the privilege to publish site, admin approval is not necessary (See User Privilege section).
To search for a site, type in a name in the "Site Name" text box and click "Search".
For each site, you will see the Site Name, the user who submitted the site, the email of that user, and the date the user submitted the site. To preview the site, click on the "Site Name".
To change the skin you are viewing in, make a different selection from the drop-down box at the top of the Page Previewer.
To officially approve and publish or deny a submitted site, click on "Approve" next to the Site Name. This will prompt a pop up window allowing you to confirm your approval.
To approve, select the radio button next to "The Site Template approved to launch" and click "Ok"
To decline, select the radio button next to "The Site Template reject for the following reason" and leave the reason why in the text box. Then click "Ok".
