Manage LOB (Line of Business)
"Manage LOB" is the fourth option under Site Manager on the left-hand side of the top toolbar. Click on it to be directed to the "Line Of Business" page. The Manage LOB page is used to manage the different Lines of Business available for users to select from when Creating Campaign Sites.
How to Manage LOB:
On the "Line of Business" page, you will see a list of previously created LOB along with the date they were created. To delete an LOB, click on "Delete" next to the desired LOB. However, you cannot delete an LOB if a user currently has it assigned to a site.
To edit the name of an LOB, click on its name, edit the text in the text box that appears, then click "Update".
To add a new LOB, enter name in the text box at the top, then click "Add LOB". It will then appear in the list below.
